Rich Ratvasky is half of the band Team Smile and Nod. He does most of the electronic music in the songs. He also writes some of the melodies. He is also a very talented mixing and mastering sound engineer. Further, he's been getting into playing guitar again and singing back-up vocals, which he does at their live performances.

Rich Ratvasky has been involved in several bands since the late 80's. He performed at raves and clubs while part of Columbus's underground electronic scene in the 90's (ele_mental collective). He has self-released a CD series and contributed to many compilations (21/22 Corporation) under the name Ihannoa. Rich has done numerous remixes and collaborations with Azoic and Pinebox.
